Chicken Juliet - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, filled with avocado and King Island brie, topped with creamy maple mustard sauce served with whole roasted chat potatoes and seasonal greens.

 

King Prawn Barramundi - Floured and pan fried Barramundi, served on a bed of lemon & snow pea risotto, topped with pan fried King prawns and a Béarnaise sauce.

 

Gippsland Lamb cutlets - Dukkha crusted Gippsland lamb cutlets, cooked to medium, served with sweet potato mash and green peas, finished with a rosemary jus.

 

Homemade Pumpkin and sage Ravioli - Pumpkin and sage filled ravioli served in a rich Napoli sauce, topped with a balsamic roquette and red onion salad, with a crispy parmesan wafer.

Desserts

 

Home Baked Sticky date pudding - Topped with butterscotch sauce and Old English toffee ice-cream.


Frangelico Affogato –A shot of Frangelico liqueur, strong espresso coffee and vanilla bean ice-cream. Served for you to mix, complimented with almond biscotti.
 

Strawberry Cheesecake - Freshly made strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake, complemented with Chantilly cream

Fish & Chips - Battered flathead fillets served with plain chips & fresh garden salad.

Kids Chicken Parma - Crumbed Chicken topped with tomato & cheese served with plain chips & garden salad.

Hawaiian Pizza - Wood fired with tomato, cheese, ham & pineapple.

Homemade Chocolate mousse – served with cream and a chocolate frog.

Duo of ice cream – a scoop of vanilla and old English toffee ice-cream, topped with popping candy.
