King Prawn Barramundi - Floured and pan fried Barramundi, served on a bed of lemon & snow pea risotto, topped with pan fried King prawns and a Béarnaise sauce.
Gippsland Lamb cutlets - Dukkha crusted Gippsland lamb cutlets, cooked to medium, served with sweet potato mash and green peas, finished with a rosemary jus.
Homemade Pumpkin and sage Ravioli - Pumpkin and sage filled ravioli served in a rich Napoli sauce, topped with a balsamic roquette and red onion salad, with a crispy parmesan wafer.
Home Baked Sticky date pudding - Topped with butterscotch sauce and Old English toffee ice-cream.
